Today, Meteorologist Jaime Chapman here, reporting live from MidTown Reno with your official forecast for Dancing in the Streets 2025. Spoiler alert: it’s calling for 100% chance of dancing, good vibes, and a community that shows up rain or shine.
We’re getting ready to transform MidTown into one giant celebration on July 12th with live music, art, food, family fun, and plenty of reasons to dance your heart out. It’s free, it’s for everyone, and it’s one of my favorite ways to celebrate what makes MidTown Reno so special.

JLBDT got mentioned a couple times, so I opened it up out of curiosity and just poked around the interface for a minute. I wasn’t signing up or testing anything—more like a quick “is this annoying to navigate?” check. Honestly it felt pretty easy to move around; the main menu is right where you expect it, and I didn’t get stuck trying to find my way back. The page layout also looks neat on mobile, with info split into clear chunks instead of one giant wall of text. When I scroll, the headings and grouped sections make it obvious what I’m looking at, and everything stays in tidy content blocks.
