2nd Annual PACK! MidTown: Official Homecoming Tailgate Party

RENO, Nev. (October 15, 2022) — The second annual Pack MidTown is a FREE community event celebrating the University of Nevada’s homecoming and it is happening this year on Friday, October 21, 2022 (the night before the Nevada homecoming game) throughout MidTown, Reno.

MidTown businesses are hosting a variety of tailgate parties in partnership with the Nevada Alumni Association, Nevada Athletics, ASUN.

The entire Reno community and PACK Alumni are invited to join the celebration by wearing their favorite Nevada gear and heading down to MidTown District from 5 - 9PM on Friday, October 21st. Participants are asked to hop around on foot or pedicab to various tailgates hosted by MidTown Business Owners and Nevada Alumni Chapters.

The first 200 people to stop by Whispering Vine will receive a commemorative portable wine glass & UNR alumni receive one free drink ticket.

Explore MidTown’s unique bars, shops and restaurants surrounded by fellow Wolf Pack Fans on the evening before the Pack takes on San Diego State. Throughout the event there will be special appearances from Wolfie, the Wolf Pack Athletics, and more!

• Mari Chuy’s, Whispering Vine will have special appearances by Athletics, Wolf Pack Swag, DJ, face paintings, glitter braids by Caliber Salon, Photo Booth & giveaways in collaboration with Nevada Alumni Association, Athletics and ASUN, School of Public Health

• JoSella is offering Wolf Pack menu in collaboration with Graduate Alumni Chapter

• SUP is giving away FREE cups of soup in collaboration with Nevada Young Alumni Chapter

• Battle Born Beer Truck will have tabs open

• Pinon, Noble Pie will have Happy Hour Specials All Day Long in collaboration with Orvis School of Nursing and Veterans Alumni Chapters

• DipDee Food Truck @ MidTown Eats Parking Lot

• Cypress is the ‘Official Unofficial After Party’ with LIVE music featuring the Electric & ANURA

• Local Beer Works will be BBQing, offering $5 pints and UNR swag raffles with Nevada Ski Chapter.

• The Emerson will have LIVE DJ, Wolf Pack Margaritas & Taco Truck with Latino & Native American Alumni

• Craft is hosting a Sierra Belle Pop Up Shop
