Q: What stages are at Dancing in the Streets?
A: This year's stages include Rock/Funk, 80s, Afrobeats, EDM/Dance, Indie Rock, Jazz, Latino, 90s/2000s and country. You can find a full line-up of performers here.
Q: Is Dancing in the Streets family friendly?
A: Yes! This event is for all ages. In fact, we will have dedicated kid and family zones, relaxation area, a private space for breastfeeding mothers, and free stroller parking.
Q: What time does Dancing in the Streets start?
A: The official start time is 4 p.m., and the event goes until 11 p.m.
Q: Where is the MidTown Market?

Q: How do I get to Dancing in the Streets, and where do I park?
A: We recommend that you do not drive to Dancing in the Streets. We will have a free & secure bike valet available at the MidTown roundabout. We have also partnered with RTC so you can take a free ride to and from MidTown from any bus stop on South Virginia from 3 p.m. util midnight. If you have to drive we have free parking lot options, you can find parking areas on our map here.
Q: Is Dancing in the Streets free?
A: Yes! We are trying to keep DITS a free event for the community. We would love for a donation to help us keep this event free. Make donation here!
Q: Where do I buy VIP tickets, and will I get a confirmation email?
A: You can purchase VIP tickets for $75 a piece and can be purchased here. Availability is limited and we do expect them to sell out! You will not get a confirmation email, you will be directed to a confirmation page after purchase that you can screenshot. Just show up to the VIP tent (1064 S. Virginia St) and give your name and we'll have your pass for you!
Q: What bands are playing and when?

Q: Open containers at Dancing in the Streets
A: Yes! You can walk around with an open container at DITS but ONLY in the event area (where the street is closed) from Liberty to Regency Way and the side streets where they’re closed.
Q: Do I need a wristband to drink?
A: YES! If you want to drink you HAVE to have a wristband, you can get wristbands at any check in location - there are 5 of them scattered throughout the event.
